I Miss You...

It has been four days! Four days since we are apart from each other. These four days were like decades to me, although it's just four hours short from hundred hours.

I can't stop thinking the time we had together. Especially the wonderful time that we spent together every night.

I still remember the first time we met. You were so charming and attractive and I was so attracted by your perfect personality. Although there was a time which you were really frustrating me with your moody emotion and spoiled attitude. I was angry! But I kept patience, knowing that one day you'll become more understandable and reasonable. It proved me right!

I tried to hang out with friends, hoping that they can help me not to think about you. But needless to say this is useless. Nobody in this world can replace you. I can't stop thinking about you!

My life is meaningless without you in this Christmas and the coming holidays. I can't tell how much I miss you and how important you are in my life!

when the only Internet connection I can use now to update my blog and checking my emails is the stupid fxcking cxbxi dial-up service which takes ten minutes to partially load a web page!

Dear Streamyx, I really miss you...

Merry Crisismas!

It's Christmas again! However, Christmas this year will be a bit different under the global economy downturn environment.

Especially there are more bad news keep on popping out.

News from Sinchew Jit Poh about retrenchment

Even Santa Claus is having an hard time now.

During this difficult time, Santa Claus needs to work part time for extra income in order to fulfill the wishes of the greedy human-being.

Part time camera man

Part time baby-sitter

Part time fire fighter

Posing for Coca-Cola advertisement

Even risking his life as stunt man

Happy Crisismas! Let's wish we still have our jobs after Christmas.

What Man?

Hollywood has been amazing! They have created so many super heroes on big screens. Like...

The classical Batman.

The not-so-original X-Men.

Iron Man.

Our country also showed the Bolehness spirit by releasing The Cicak Man.

And now, Hong Kong has also came out with their own version of super hero...

The IP Man!

Chiang Mai Royal Flora Ratchaphruek

Two years ago, I went to Chiang Mai to visit one of our suppliers in Thailand.

During the trip, I visited the Royal Flora Ratchaphruek , which is a flower exhibition held by Thailand and participated by 30 nations representing the five continents. The event showcased about 2,200 species of tropical flowers and 2.5 million tropical plants, covering an area of 21,000 square meters.

It was a very successful event considering that it attracted about three million visitors to the exhibition. At the exposition's conclusion, organizers claimed that the exposition had injected 27 billion baht into the regional economy.

I got the chance to see my favorite Tulips from Holland during the visit.

Scenery of Japan,

Sword making demonstration,

And not surprisingly, our country was also one of the participants. The title of the presentation was "The Garden of Life".

But it looks more like a bus stop to me...

and the flowers doesn't look kind of alive either...

Looks more like a garden of dead bushes.

Yes! Malaysia Boleh!

My Life Is In Danger...

Economy Crisis

US sub-prime mortgage problem that causes the global economy downturn is starting to impact us. MNCs in Malaysia have started lay-off and cost cutting activities in-order to survive this round of economy crisis.

News from Sinchew Jit Poh about lay-offs

The first bad news from my employer is, there will be NO salary increment next year until there are signs showing re-bounce on global economy situation!

During this difficult period, luckily we still have a few hundreds bucks of Sunshine cash vouchers to give us some breathing space!

So, me and Ms. Koh went to Sunshine Square happily to shop for groceries and other daily needs.

At the end, we bought back a lot of stuffs. Everything sounds great!

Just that, 90% of them are to be carried over to Tokyo next week by Ms. Koh to her sister Ms. Koh 2 who is studying MSc degree there.

At the end, these are the things I got as consolation prize !#@!%!@

Consolation prize: 1 pack of Old Town 3-in-1 white coffee, 2 free cups from Milo, 1 extra free Nestle baby food from Sunshine because they think I'm handsome.

Dear Ms. Koh 2, if you have read my blog, please! PAY US BACK $$$ in Japanese YEN! (Coz Japanese YEN is strong now.)

According to our observation, this is how Chinese girls in Mainland China rank Asian guys from other countries in their preferred list.

No.1 : Hong Kong
No.2 : Singapore
No.3 : Taiwan
No.4 or lower : Malaysia

This is how we found out. Please refer to the conversation below:

Me: "您好!"

Leng Lui: "陈先生, 您好!"
(Hi Mr. Chen. They like to address me as 陈先生, although my personal details clearly stated I'm 曾先生...)

Leng Lui: "您的国语说得很好呀!"
(You can speak fluent Chinese!)

After overheard we speak Cantonese among colleagues.

Leng Lui: "您也会说白话哦! 您是从香港(No.1)来的吗?"
(You can speak Cantonese as well! Are you from Hong Kong(No.1)? Asking us with exciting tone.)

Me: "我不是从香港来. 您猜猜看?"
(Nope. Would you like to guess?)

Leng Lui: "那您一定是从新加玻(No.2)来的."
(Then you must be coming from Singapore(No.2).)

Me: "也不是."

Leng Lui:"难道是台湾(No.3)?"

Me: "也不是."

Then the girl stopped guessing. Shxx!

Me: "我从来西亚(No.4 or lower)来的."
(I'm from Malaysia(No.4 or lower).)

Leng Lui:"哦."

Then show us the "semi-smile-face" :|

An old post from my previous Friendster blog. Some of you guys might have seen it, but I believe most of you haven't. So I decided to put it here again.

This is a genius design from Penang's plumbers.

Amber Chia Nude!

I was surprised (hmm... or excited?) when I saw this on Sinchew Jit Poh website!

Amber Chia, one of the top models from Malaysia decided to pose nude for the photo shoot of calendar album named "Sealed".

Maybe Amber Chia deserved a nomination of Datukship for her sacrifice for arts.

The profit from the sales of the album will be donated for charity, and with this calendar album, Amber hopes to raise the public consciousness against breast cancer.

That reminds me the same kind of photo shoot two years ago by three celebrities from Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The photo shoot was presented by 吴君如,蒋勤勤,伊能静 on year 2006. The objective was the same, to raise public consciousness against cancer diseases.

But...... what is nudity going to do with cancer ar?

Will these posters remind the ladies to do their medical check-up when they see it?

Or maybe they'll feel jealous and envy when they look at the 34-26-36 body figure of these artists. Especially someone like her...

End of the day, maybe more men will look at the poster than women. Especially them...

Perhaps, the purpose of these posters is to get the guys to remind their partners for medical check-up after seeing it?

But I doubt how many of them will do that?

Instead of that, maybe they will just start googling for Amber Chia's image immediately after reading Sinchew Jit Poh...

Guys, are you doing that now?

Celcom & Maxis Broadband

I came across the advertisements of Celcom and Maxis about their mobile broadband services.

Spontaneously Inspired, Inspired spontaneously,

I noticed they provide those cute little USB modems.

The thing is those modems looks similar to something which I couldn't remember.

Until I see this!

Maybe they can also venture into this business.

The Stepford Wives

Do you still remember the movie "The Stepford Wives"? A movie about a group of perfect wives in Stepford, Connecticut, which turn out to be a bunch of robots.

Recently in Canada, Le Trung, a chemist graduate from York University in Canada and a computer and robotics passionate created a robotic wife named Aiko.

According to Le Trung, Aiko is able to memorize his favorite drinks, doing housework, ledger, reading out newspaper, recognizing people and etc. The incredible part is, Aiko may even perform sexual activities with some minor improvements!

The most important thing is Aiko doesn't complain, nagging & keep on asking money from you.

The total investment to build Aiko is roughly £14,000.00, which converts to about RM74,200.00.

Sounds kind of an heavy investment isn't it?

But consider if your wife is a full-time housewife, then you might need to give her some pocket money... say roughly RM1000 per month.

Thus, RM74,200 is roughly the amount you paying your wife for 6 years. Of course, you won't be giving her money for 6 years. You need to give her MORE than 6 years (literally until you or she is dead).

Of course, you still need to pay for maid, babysitter, utility bill, house loan, car loan, kids' tuition fee, university... blar blar blar...

Worse still, if you include her name together with your FD account, savings account, unit trust , house, car anything. She literally owns everything you have.

You may still feel grateful if your wife looks like Angelina Jolie,

or 林志玲.

But what if she looks like...

Famous 如花 from Stephen Chow's movies.

or even this!

Fierce lady from 整蛊专家

Then, maybe the RM 74k Aiko might still worth it...
